The Minakers of Marysburg lists Margaret as single, but the gravestone of Margaret L. Nethery 1865-1941, states wife of George Van Vlack. Children:

Note: In the Christ Church Anglican Cemetery, Hillier Twp., Prince Edward County, ON, there is a George Van Vlack and a Margaret L. Van Vlack and in the St John Anglican Cemetery, Marysburg Twp, Prince Edward County, ON, there is a George A. Van Vlack and a Florence E. Van Vlack. I take the above to mean that there were two "George" Van Vlack but the second one has not been found at this point - or that George was married twice, had a stone in the same cemetery where wife number 1 (Florence) was buried but when he died, was buried in the cemetery with wife number 2 (Margaret)
